Senior Account Executive II Senior Account Executive, Majors, at Collibra. Make an impact by fueling Collibra's growth in your assigned Majors US territory. This role is responsible for bringing Collibra's value and vision to customers and prospects, managing some of the largest customers and prospects, and building trusted relationships through enterprise SaaS sales. You will build Collibra’s brand, serve as a Data Intelligence advisor, and drive demand, adoption and expansion within your territory.

Responsibilities

Prospecting for net new accounts in the Majors, greenfield building, and expanding existing accounts, developing relationships to maintain an active deal pipeline and ideal quota coverage.

Managing complex deal cycles from lead origination to stakeholder mapping through negotiation to close and expansion.

Collaborating with customers, partners, and peers in a consultative sales process to identify value and ROI that supports customer needs.

Providing reliable, accurate forecasting with real-time Salesforce updates.

Qualifications

Consistently achieved or overachieved SaaS sales quota.

Experience in the Data Management domain.

7+ years experience in SaaS and Data Space.

Originated and navigated complex direct sales cycles with multiple technical and business stakeholders.

Sold net‑new business and expansion opportunities to C‑level buyers in large enterprise accounts in Canada.

Managed consultative sales processes with value‑based impacts or outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience.

Within the first month: completed onboarding and connected with team members and functional peers.

Within the third month: building a pipeline of business in your assigned territory.

Within the sixth month: solid foundation of prospective clients close to closing.

Compensation The standard base salary range is $140,000 – $175,000 per year, with additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on experience, skills, and location. Additional benefits include equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401(k) plans, and more.
