Supermicro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Tax Analyst. This position will assist with mainly indirect tax as well as income tax compliance. Sales use tax, VAT, GST, and WHT. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Sales/Use Tax Manager. The Senior Tax Analyst will work with a dynamic finance team to perform a variety of tax functions including both indirect tax and income tax. He/she is responsible to ensure meeting all filing tax deadlines and reporting requirements accurately. The candidate must be a self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. This position will be a member of the Finance team in the company’s headquarters located in San Jose, CA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare 45+ states sales tax returns, and reconcile sales tax accounts for monthly close, book tax AJE to SAP Work on Vertex with IT to ensure software updates Reply and assist Sales team on tax questions, review and process the state tax exemption certificates, approve tax credit memo, work with customer’s sales tax, VAT questions Assist compliance reporting for Federal and State income tax (including estimates and extensions) to ensure all reporting obligations are filed accurately and timely Compute book‑tax differences; prepare supporting tax return work paper and documentation Prepare State apportionment, States payments tracking and reconciliation Prepare other local taxes, annual reports filings, POA Manage tax audits including income tax, sales & use tax IDR request, or tax notices Responsible SOX tax documentation controls Maintain tax calendar Assist in other tax projects and initiatives Qualifications

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance and related field, Master of Taxation is preferred CPA is required 8 years of tax experience with public accounting and industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management Solid Excel skills Salary Range

$115,000 - $149,000 EEO Statement
