Overview

Super Micro Computer is seeking a Sr. Sales Commission Analyst to work with Sales Management, Sales Operations, and Finance to ensure incentive commission plans are implemented correctly and commissions are paid accurately. The primary responsibility is the calculation of monthly incentive commissions for all sales employees, focusing on accuracy, completeness, and consistency as defined in the commission plans. The ideal candidate is analytical, deadline-driven, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask. Responsibilities

Reconciliation of commission discrepancies and data anomalies Distribution of commission-related reports to management and sales personnel Assistance with month-end financial reporting and analysis Assistance with internal process improvement initiatives General reporting on sales and business operations statistics Ad hoc reporting and analysis Qualifications

Education required: Bachelor's, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field Experience required: 8+ years in a Finance/Accounting role Experience in automated sales commissions systems and their set-up and operation is a plus (e.g., Xactly, SAP SuccessFactors) Proficient in advanced level Microsoft Excel Excellent verbal and written communications skills Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Ability to organize and summarize large volumes of detailed information Ability to work under pressure Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $134,000 - $143,000. The salary offered will depend on several factors, including location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs. Location and Company
