Develop; Scale GenAI Strategy: Craft and implement a multiyear vision and enterprise product roadmap for GenAI with a platform-based mindset. Drive Business Transformation: Embed GenAI-powered automation into existing workflows to enhance productivity and accelerate growth. Cross-functional Leadership: Influence and guide a high-energy, matrixed organization, aligning stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, operations, and engineering. Collaborate with Top Talent: Work closely with world-class engineers to build scalable, high-impact Gen AI products that meet business goals. Market; Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, stakeholder needs, and the competitive landscape to maintain leadership in AI-driven advertising and retail solutions. Product Performance; Metrics: Establish and track key product performance indicators (KPIs) for GenAI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and iterate quickly for continuous improvement. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and insights to inform product strategy, identify growth opportunities, and optimize the GenAI product lifecycle. Employ A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics to refine features. Process Architecture, Automation & AI: Identify optimization opportunities, facilitate sessions with stakeholders to redesign processes, and explore AI/automation solutions; ensure AI agents are integrated into workflows with monitoring. 9+ years of experience in solution consulting, with 5+ years in leadership roles managing teams in complex environments. Proven AI Expertise: Experience building and scaling GenAI/AI-powered products in fast-paced, evolving settings. Deep technical and strategic understanding of AI/ML, especially Generative AI. Strategic Thinker and Change Driver: Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive product-led transformation. Strong ability to balance business strategy, technology, and user experience. Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to align, influence, and communicate across an enterprise. Industry Experience: MarTech, AdTech, or Media preferred. High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Fostering teamwork and problem-solving. Fast-Paced; Agile: Comfortable in independent, multi-project environments.
