Utility Scale Battery Energy Storage At Greenbridge, we are partnering with a leading manufacturer of utility scale battery energy storage systems (BESS) that is helping redefine how power is produced, stored, and delivered across North America. The Opportunity This is a key executive role focused on scaling revenue and expanding the company’s market presence across the US and international power markets. The CRO will be responsible for leading all aspects of commercial strategy, including sales, partnerships, and business development, while building long-term relationships with utilities, developers, EPCs, and technology partners. The ideal candidate will come from an

OEM background , ideally within

power systems, energy storage, or electrical infrastructure manufacturing , and will bring a strong track record of leading commercial teams and driving growth in technically complex, solution-driven markets. Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver the company’s commercial and revenue growth strategy across North America and selected global markets Lead sales, key account management, and strategic partnership activities with utilities, developers, EPCs, and channel partners Develop and manage long-term customer relationships with a focus on repeat business and strategic account expansion Oversee commercial forecasting, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment between market needs and technical solutions Negotiate high-value commercial contracts and framework agreements Build, develop, and mentor a high performing commercial organization About You

Senior commercial leader with extensive experience in

OEM environments , ideally in

power systems, energy storage, electrical infrastructure, or renewables technology Deep understanding of how large scale energy and power equipment is sold, integrated, and supported Proven success in driving revenue growth, building partnerships, and leading commercial teams in a technical manufacturing setting Strong financial and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex market data into actionable commercial plans Excellent communicator and relationship builder, comfortable engaging with executives, customers, and partners across multiple regions Confident operating in a high growth, fast moving, and entrepreneurial environment Why This Role
