RGA LLP is currently seeking a Senior Tax Associate for our Estate and Trusts practice. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in both income and estate/gift taxation and will be responsible for managing all facets of client engagements and for reviewing tax returns and supporting work papers for estate and trusts and for various types of other returns within our high-net-worth-family client base, such as individuals, partnerships, and corporations. He/she will also be expected to research tax issues and provide consulting services.

Research tax issues and provide consulting services. Qualifications and attributes
CPA license required At least four years of tax experience at a CPA firm with significant exposure to estates & trusts in both income tax and estate/gift tax disciplines Master’s degree in Taxation desirable but not required Strong tax and accounting technical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Takes initiative for professional growth and development Outstanding time, organization, and project management skills Exercises sound judgment Work overtime as needed Proficient in Microsoft Office Proof that you have received a COVID-19 vaccination is required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.
