Project Manager (Contract) Ridgefield, CT (Onsite) 6 month Contract

Were seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Project Manager to join our Ridgefield team. This role will lead cross-functional projects within data governance, analytics, and pharmaceutical operations. The ideal candidate is an adaptable problem-solver who thrives in structured yet fast-paced environments and enjoys building processes that drive efficiency and visibility.

Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead end-to-end project execution using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, or Hybrid approaches. Define and document project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop project timelines and track progress. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure consistent communication across teams. Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate roadblocks early. Ensure successful project closure

on time, within scope, and on budget. Team & Operations Management Oversee day-to-day project activities and monitor milestones. Manage cross-matrix teams and evaluate project performance. Conduct weekly status meetings, maintain a risk log, and prepare monthly communications for leadership. Create and maintain a centralized SharePoint site for communication, metrics, and key documentation. Develop process tools, such as demand intake forms and approval flows for the PDG team. Documentation & Process Improvement Review and update standard procedure documents. Build a consolidated project roadmap across PDG areas (MDM, CPM, IDW/ODS, Governance). Create onboarding and consent documentation for internal stakeholders. Support training material development and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Youll Bring Pharmaceutical Experience Background in pharmaceutical IT or data governance is strongly preferred. Knowledge of data sources such as IQVIA, Veeva Compass, and Symphony is a plus. Experience as a project management lead in the pharma industry is highly desirable. Strategic & Leadership Skills Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

even without formal authority. Excellent risk management, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities. Communication & Collaboration Confident communicator with the ability to present to senior leadership. Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution, fostering win-win outcomes. Effective written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences. Qualifications Bachelors degree required. Prior experience in pharmaceutical data or IT governance projects strongly preferred.
