Sales Development Representative
to contribute to achieving the company's business growth targets.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, Upwork, LinkedIn, referrals, cold emails, Clutch, industry events, and other relevant platforms.
Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media to introduce services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Generate leads and manage sales pipelines with a focus on driving revenue growth.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct thorough market research and analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities to ensure efficient and effective account management.
Key Requirements
At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills, both written and verbal.
Strong command of the English language.
Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
Familiarity and proficiency in using Upwork, LinkedIn, Hubspot, Apollo, Odoo CRM, and other relevant platforms for lead generation.
Familiarity with the staff augmentation method.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail.
