Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or fast-paced hospitality environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to coach and motivate diverse teams while maintaining a positive, professional tone. Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards. Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control experience. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility to relocate to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home, as needed. ServeSafe certification and successful completion of company management certification required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional culinary or management training is a plus. Benefits
