Job Title Vice President of Asset Management
Responsibilities
Manage the company's core asset portfolio, formulate and execute investment strategies and asset allocation plans;
Oversee portfolio risk management to ensure investment decisions comply with the company's risk control standards;
Work closely with the research, trading, compliance, and operations teams to ensure the efficient implementation of investment strategies;
Analyze market trends, macroeconomic conditions, and financial product performance to provide data-driven investment advice for senior management decision-making;
Establish and optimize the investment performance evaluation system (KPI/ROI/risk indicators) to continuously improve asset management results;
Guide and develop investment team members, promoting talent growth and enhancing team execution capabilities;
Maintain close communication with high-net-worth and institutional clients to ensure investment plans are highly aligned with client needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred;
Over 20 years of relevant work experience in finance, investment management, or asset management;
Familiar with various investment products including stocks, bonds, derivatives, and digital assets;
Excellent asset allocation, risk control, and investment analysis skills;
Outstanding team leadership, cross-departmental collaboration, and client communication skills;
Clear logic, strong resilience, and the ability to make efficient decisions in complex market environments;
