Sleep Medicine Faculty Position
The Department of Neurology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is seeking applicants for a full-time Sleep Medicine faculty position for our Boston location. The successful applicant will be appointed at a Harvard Medical School rank commensurate with their level of experience and qualifications. The successful applicant will join the Sleep Medicine team, which has 10 faculty members, 4 clinical sleep fellows, a thriving sleep clinic and lab, plus many active lines of clinical and basic research. The Sleep Disorders Center at BIDMC is also part of the Harvard Division of Sleep Medicine which is a community of over 80 faculty conducting cutting-edge research on sleep and circadian rhythms. Job Requirements: MD from an accredited medical school Board-certified or eligible in Sleep Medicine A valid MA medical license or the ability to obtain one A history of delivering superb clinical care and an interest in teaching residents and medical students Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Expertise in clinical or basic sleep research is especially encouraged Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a 743-bed hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center, is a founding member of Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH).
