We’re seeking a dynamic, outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our event marketing and fundraising team. This hands-on, fast-paced role puts you at the forefront, representing nonprofit organizations and client brands at live events, fundraisers, and community engagement campaigns.
No prior experience is necessary—paid training and mentorship are provided to help you develop professionally.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Represent client brands and nonprofit partners at live events, community activations, and fundraising campaigns
Engage directly with attendees: answer questions, share mission or brand information, and encourage participation or donations
Assist with event setup, teardown, and inventory management
Work closely with teammates and event leads to ensure smooth operations and successful campaigns
Maintain a professional, friendly presence while building positive relationships with the public
Participate in paid training to build skills in event marketing, fundraising, customer service, and leadership
Who You Are: Energetic, outgoing, and personable with a passion for engaging with people
Dependable team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
Comfortable in fast-paced, event-based environments; flexible and adaptable
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
No prior experience required—training provided
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Enthusiasm for fundraising, community engagement, or event marketing is a bonus
