We’re seeking an energetic, outgoing Client Services Representative to join our event marketing and fundraising team. No prior experience is required—paid training and mentorship are provided to help you grow professionally.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and event participants, delivering professional and friendly support
Assist with event coordination, setup, and teardown to ensure smooth client experiences
Clearly communicate event or campaign information to clients, donors, and attendees
Work collaboratively with team members and event leads to meet objectives and provide excellent service
Participate in paid training programs to develop skills in client services, event marketing, and fundraising
Qualifications: Outgoing, personable, and professional; enjoys working with clients and the public
Dependable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable in fast-paced, event-based environments; adaptable and flexible
Strong verbal and written communication skills
No prior experience required—training provided
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Enthusiasm for fundraising, event marketing, or client services is a plus
