Huntsville, AL Responsibilities
Develop clear manufacturing work instructions for processes like fabrication, assembly, and testing Oversee quality, build sequence, and scheduling for hardware manufacturing Conduct engineering drawing assessments and manage non-conformance repair activities Design material handling solutions to protect hardware Support the manufacturing floor with assembly, installation, and compliance to engineering requirements Lead initiatives to enhance operational excellence through quality and process improvement Required Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or Aerospace Engineering 7+ years of experience in manufacturing and engineering Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals, including GD&T Proficiency in CAD, PLM, and other engineering software Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams Experience with Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfM) Seniority level
