ERM is seeking an experienced, client-facing

Partner

with a primary focus on AI infrastructure and data center clients and their value chains in the Power and Oil & Gas sectors. The role is based in the United States and Canada and focuses on serving AI infrastructure and data center companies throughout the lifecycle, from planning through construction and operation, while ensuring assessment and management of environmental, social, health, and cultural impacts. The opportunity is at Partner level with an equity stake in a global sustainability consulting firm. ERM offers meaningful equity ownership and the chance to contribute to strategic direction, provide leading insights on technical and business issues, and leverage ERM’s market position to drive growth. Responsibilities

Drive opportunity growth, sales, and delivery of ERM’s consulting services for AI Infrastructure and Data Centers to deliver strategic value. Collaborate with North America regional service and industry leadership to develop robust go-to-market programs and drive commercial growth. Work with client account directors, regional service leaders, and industry leaders to implement client- and market-specific consulting programs for the region. Assist clients in achieving project success from planning through construction and operation. Develop new client relationships and expand existing ones by delivering strategic consulting, value, and high-quality service. Maintain knowledge of industry business cycles and prioritize sales efforts toward high-potential opportunities. Develop commercial strategies to pursue and win new business with ERM’s target Technology, Energy, and/or Power clients. Drive innovation within core sectors to stay ahead of client needs and differentiate ERM in the market. Qualifications

BS/MS in environmental planning, science, biology, engineering or related field. 15+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, with substantial work involving AI infrastructure and data centers. Demonstrable track record of delivering multi-million-dollar annual sales/programs. In-depth understanding of market players and existing relationships that can be leveraged into new business. Business acumen to understand risks and opportunities and to provide enterprise-wide solutions for clients. Who We Are
