LHH is supporting an investment management firm in the Washington, DC metro market that is seeking a Wholesaler to join its distribution team. This role is focused on expanding the firm’s presence across new and existing markets by promoting its well-regarded investment strategies to financial advisors, RIAs, and other intermediaries. The firm is known for its disciplined approach to investing, long-standing reputation for integrity, and close-knit team culture. The Wholesaler will work within a small, collaborative group and have direct exposure to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors, RIAs, and other investment professionals. Execute outbound sales efforts through calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits to drive engagement and asset growth. Represent the firm at industry events, webinars, and conferences. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine messaging and support marketing initiatives. Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity using CRM tools. Stay informed on market trends, portfolio performance, and product positioning to effectively communicate with prospects. Candidate Profile
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in sales, ideally within financial services or investment product distribution. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. Interest in financial markets and investment strategy; familiarity with asset management is a plus. Equal Opportunity
