Implement selection model to recruit, interview and selects the most qualified candidates. Conduct formal presentations to establish and foster collaborations and partnerships with colleges, prospects, universities, and other stakeholders. Facilitate referrals and assignment of internal and external candidates to expeditiously fill positions. Utilize technology to collect data, analyze findings, and prepare reports to drive recruitment efforts. Develop and administer the district\'s recruiting and selection plans and processes for all types and levels of positions. Manage the recruiting process for assigned geographical area to maximize recruiting results. Identify, research, and create non-traditional sources and methods of attracting teachers and other qualified applicants. Manage recruitment portfolio and all phases of the recruitment and selection process. Perform all duties relating to the ESEA Title II, Part A grant at 100%. Participate in virtual recruitment activities as needed and perform all other tasks and duties as assigned. All federally funded incumbents of this position must comply with time and effort reporting requirements through personnel activity reports or periodic certification, as appropriate. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university in a directly related field. Valid Teacher Certificate with required endorsements for subject and subject level assigned preferred. Two plus years in direct experience preferred. Valid Texas Driver\'s License and record that meets the district’s standard. A desire to work in a relentless and outcomes focused environment with strong organizational, presentational, listening, communicating (verbal & written) and time management skills. A "get it done" mentality, sees barriers as opportunities for innovation with an ability to motivate, interact, and convince candidates from diverse groups and collaborate with organizations to build pipelines of talent. Ability to use social media as a recruiting platform and work extended hours as required to complete tasks with minimal supervisor. Ability to provide perceive organizational implications of recommendations and decisions. Ability to travel semi-frequently and participate in virtual recruitment activities as needed. Job Details
