Dallas Independent School District . Job Responsibilities
Implement selection model to recruit, interview, and select the most qualified candidates. Conduct formal presentations to establish and foster collaborations with colleges, prospects, universities, and other stakeholders. Facilitate referrals and assignment of internal and external candidates to fill positions efficiently. Utilize technology to collect data, analyze findings, and prepare reports to enhance recruitment efforts. Develop and administer the district's recruiting and selection plans for all position levels. Manage recruiting processes within assigned geographical areas to maximize results. Create non-traditional sources and methods to attract teachers and qualified applicants. Oversee all phases of the recruitment and selection process. Perform duties related to the ESEA Title II, Part A grant at 100%. Participate in virtual recruitment activities and perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field. Valid Teacher Certificate with endorsements preferred. Two or more years of relevant experience preferred. Valid Texas Driver's License meeting district standards. Strong organizational, presentation, communication, and time management skills. Proactive, innovative mindset with the ability to motivate and collaborate with diverse groups. Experience using social media for recruiting and ability to work extended hours. Ability to understand organizational implications of decisions. Willingness to travel semi-frequently and participate in virtual recruitment activities. Additional Information
