Accounts Payable Specialist
to join our private equity owned growing organization. Auto Driveaway
is a leading national provider of professional vehicle relocation services. We primarily serve large corporate fleets, fleet management companies, upfitters, dealerships, and vehicle/truck OEMs with fast, safe and reliable door-to-door driveaway service nationwide. Our services include fleet shipping and fleet management services, single vehicle "door-to-door driveaway" shipping, as well as short-term and reconditioning services across all asset types. We accomplish this with personalized customer experience, an unwavering commitment to safety, and a national network of professional drivers that ensure quality, accountability, and reliability on every trip. Job Responsibilities
Review documentation for accounts payable processing Verify rates for contractor payments and customer billing Prepare daily payments to contractors Maintain vendor records Daily imports for contractor advances and reconciliation Process documentation into imaging software Perform daily transfers to accounting software Data entry using Excel Communicate with vendors to obtain documents or resolve issues with submissions Enter vendor credits Report vendor issues or balances to other team members as needed Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required Benefits

College degree preferred or equivalent experience 2-5 years accounts payable experience, including:
G/L coding Contract review/comparison Data entry Check runs and ACH payments Print, review, mail, filing, and month-end closing Prepare and issue high volume 1099 forms to vendors
Ability to handle multiple-company accounts payable, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, recognizing a sense of urgency and drive to achieve results Avalara/Track 1099 or similar experience required Oracle NetSuite and experience a plus Technology proficient, including Microsoft Office applications Strong background in customer service Exceptional organizational and communication skills Meticulous attention to detail Auto Driveaway participates in E-Verify.
