Auto Driveaway primarily serves large corporate fleets, fleet management companies, upfitters, dealerships and vehicle OEMs with fast, safe and reliable door-to-door driveaway service nationwide. Services include fleet shipping and fleet management services; single vehicle “door-to-door driveaway” shipping; expedited shipping; enclosed carrier shipping for high-value vehicles; international (overseas) shipping; short-term and long-term vehicle storage; licensing, titling and registration of vehicles; and vehicle maintenance and reconditioning services.

Role and Responsibilities
- Recruit for employee positions across various departments, roles, and geographies
- Screen applications, conduct phone and/or in-person interviews to determine the most qualified candidates to be presented to management and onboarded
- Assist with leading selected candidates through the onboarding and new hire process
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure employee population reflects business needs
- Draft and modify job postings and position descriptions to attract applicants to the organization
- Identify and improve on job posting strategies and outlets to maximize return on investment, as appropriate for each position
- Participate in new hire and employee engagement activities to drive candidate and employee satisfaction
- Be an active participant and contribute to recruitment initiatives and communicate proactively and consistently with business partners
- Collaborate with more than 40 Field Offices on employee recruitment activities and strategies
- Provide requested reporting and analytics
- In conjunction with key functional groups such as Operations, Human Resources and Marketing, utilize various social media methods to deliver and drive candidate traffic to our website and application channels
- Grow Auto Driveaway’s reputation as the driveaway company of choice across the United States
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- College degree required
- 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with proven mastery of the full life cycle of recruiting practices, processes and procedures including relevant Federal and State laws
- Strong background in talent acquisition and engagement strategies and best practices
- Working knowledge of transportation industry
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- High energy, enthusiasm and drive for achieving results
- Passionate about customer and employee experience
- Ability to conduct cold calls, research-based sourcing and internet and web-based recruiting
- Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Project planning and project management skills
- Data analysis and/or report building experience
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment, recognizing a sense of urgency and self-motivation
