Senior Financial Analyst II / Plant Operations Controller
This role is a key financial business partner for multiple manufacturing sites, driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and cost accountability across the supply chain network. The position provides strategic financial support to plant leadership and the North America Supply Chain Finance team, overseeing monthly close, cost analysis, and budgeting while maintaining strong internal controls and ensuring SOX and GAAP compliance.

Role Summary

Operations Controller, Senior Financial Analyst II – Supply Chain Finance
Reports to:
Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance
Overview:
The Operations Controller will serve as a key financial business partner for multiple manufacturing sites, driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and cost accountability across the supply chain network. This highly visible role provides strategic financial support to plant leadership and the North America Supply Chain Finance team, overseeing monthly close, cost analysis, and budgeting while maintaining strong internal controls and ensuring SOX and GAAP compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach, a continuous improvement mindset, and a strong ability to collaborate across manufacturing, finance, and operations teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred)
4+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 2 years in a plant controller or cost accounting role within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and cost accounting principles
Experience supporting operational leadership, analyzing performance metrics, and driving financial improvement initiatives
Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement, capital planning, and performance management activities
TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma experience preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience in SAP
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner across functions
Salary:
$95K–$110K (depending on experience/expertise)
Location:
Southwest Houston, TX (Fresno Area) – Hybrid (3/2)

Base pay range:
$95,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
