Play a key role in supporting daily operations of the Consolidation Network by analyzing scorecards, planning capacity, and identifying opportunities for improvement. This team serves as the upstream network to the RDC network, driving Walmart’s first-mile strategy for fashion and imports, and partnering with suppliers to optimize routes and ensure on-shelf availability. Collaborate with field operators to align network strategies with company goals and enhance overall efficiency. Develop and implement divisional strategies that support overall corporate objectives. Analyze operational scorecards and capacity plans to identify growth opportunities and risks. Align divisional goals with broader organizational priorities to drive long term success. Evaluate and refine workflows to maximize efficiency across multiple facilities. Lead initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. Identify and address bottlenecks, leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement. Oversee allocation and utilization of resources (staff, equipment, budget) to meet divisional needs. Forecast volume and capacity requirements, ensuring optimal staffing and resource deployment. Monitor resource performance and adjust plans to maintain operational excellence. Establish key performance indicators for divisional operations and track progress against targets, providing regular updates to senior executives. Use performance data to identify areas for improvement and recognize achievements. Define operational practices, manage capacities and volume forecasts, and communicate with senior executives. Define the critical workflow for executing key processes, identify process problems that limit performance, focus on the most significant problems, and surface significant problems to maximize efficiency gains. Implement standardized processes and map end-to-end supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and variations. Create standard operating procedures and best practice frameworks for all operational units. Ensure consistent execution of processes across locations, suppliers, and business units. Integrate process documentation into digital systems for visibility and compliance. What you’ll bring
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence effectively — confidence, credibility, and concise, organized thoughts. Experience in creating and presenting content in senior executive forums to provide progress updates against our strategies and goals. The ability to partner and collaborate while establishing credibility, analyzing stakeholder needs, and responding effectively and efficiently. Demonstrated business acumen and ownership of project activity. Defining vision and strategies for automation technologies, building business cases, and approving objectives. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 3 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area. 2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications
Fleet management, dispatch, or network analysis experience; Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; Project Management certification; Retail Logistics Operations; Six Sigma certification. Location

This range is provided by Walmart. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range: $104,000.00/yr - $156,000.00/yr. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage; 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance; PTO and other leave provisions.
