We are looking for a detail-driven

Billing & Accounts Coordinator

to join our finance operations team at blc TEXTILES. This role ensures accurate and timely invoicing, supports freight billing processes, and assists with accounts payable. You’ll work cross-functionally with Warehousing, Accounting, and Operations to keep financial documentation organized, compliant, and audit-ready. If you enjoy structured workflows, keeping the numbers clean, and collaborating to solve problems — this position is a strong match. Key Responsibilities

Process and transmit daily billing/invoices to customers Credit approve and create new customer accounts Review and upload freight bills into the vendor AP system Verify freight invoices with internal teams to ensure accuracy Enter approved vendor invoices and maintain organized digital records Assist in reconciling billing and freight discrepancies Maintain compliance with billing timelines and documentation standards Help improve billing workflows and operational efficiency Provide backup support for finance and administrative tasks as needed Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years’ experience in billing, accounting, or administrative support Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization Familiarity with AP/AR functions and invoice processing Proficiency in Microsoft Office + ERP/accounting systems Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style Experience in manufacturing or distribution is a plus Why Join blc TEXTILES?
