$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr What you’ll do

Ensure the area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, assisting members with purchasing decisions, and assisting members with locating merchandise. Provide member service by maintaining self-checkout area, resolving member issues, promoting Sam’s Club products and services, providing guidance on self-service technology, and processing member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies for different membership and payment types. Assist with securing and safeguarding Sam’s Club assets by observing and communicating potential criminal activity, maintaining paperwork logs and required documentation, executing emergency response procedures, and ensuring compliance with security and safety practices. Assist with training for Member Frontline Service associates on company processes, teaching new technology and tool functionality, delivering program rollout training, and providing continuous learning and process improvement opportunities. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and applying Open Door Policy in executing business processes and practices. Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; and adapt to changes. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
