Position Summary What you'll do Responsibilities
Maintains area of responsibility in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise and identifying shrink and damages. Provides member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging the member needs, assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise. Provides member service by maintaining self-checkout area, resolving member issues, promoting Sam’s Club products and services, guiding members on self-service technology, and processing member purchases, returns, refunds and exchanges per policy. Assists with securing and safeguarding Sam’s Club assets by observing potential criminal activity, maintaining logs, executing emergency procedures, and ensuring safety compliance. Assists with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes, new technologies, program rollouts, and continuous learning opportunities. Complies with company policies and ethics through action plans and the Open Door Policy in business processes. Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, coordinating with managers and colleagues, communicating progress, and identifying opportunities for improvement and adaptation. Fosters an inclusive environment and teamwork, supporting a culture of belonging and collaboration. Demonstrates integrity and adherence to Walmart values, accountability, and a commitment to responsible business practices. Delivers customer results by prioritizing the customer and making informed decisions that balance short- and long-term goals.
