Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Business Manager & Recruiting Assistant at Jeff Denney Recruiting The Key Account Manager (KAM) will identify, close, and grow assigned strategic accounts within the United States. Identifies opportunities for account growth and retention by leveraging the company’s product portfolio to meet sales objectives. Drives adoption with assigned accounts that are contracted.

Responsibilities and Duties

Strong customer acquisition planning and strategic account planning to effectively penetrate assigned accounts, develop an understanding of their needs, and structure business relationships to meet quota

Maintain a pipeline of customers within assigned account list, large lab, and large clinical practice segments

Manage customer communications and be a point of contact for key customers

Manage large geographical territory

Participate in trade shows and company meetings as appropriate

Communicate with management regarding industry trends, customer feedback, and needs

Qualifications and Skills

BA/BS degree preferred; will consider 5+ years of achievement-oriented dental implant sales experience in lieu of a degree

Must have relationships within the implant dentistry community

Must be able to communicate and negotiate effectively with C‑suite

Must have a hunter mentality

Ability to travel including overnight stay

Abilities

Ability to make decisions with consideration of business impact and goals

Proven track record in developing long‑term relationships with key accounts

Competent sales experience in finalizing sales agreements

Ability to digest and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information

Effective planning, organizational, and prioritization skills as they pertain to sales strategy and goals

Effective communication with internal team members

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a closer mentality

Travel

Travel: Approximately 35–50%

Must be available Monday–Friday between 8AM & 5PM

Available for periodic trade shows (Friday–Saturdays)

Compensation

Salary:

$75,000–$80,000 base salary plus % of all sales

Target OTE:

~$160,000–$180,000
