$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr Responsibilities Promptly unload trucks and assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store
Sort, stock, and organize products on shelves and in the backroom
Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
Assist with picking club pick-up orders and staging according to company policy
Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services
Maintain safety of the facility by following safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions
Uphold merchandising standards including proper zoning, pricing, displays, and inventory control
Monitor product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation; ensure prominent display of promotional/items
Adhere to company policies and standards of ethics and integrity
Prioritize and complete work assignments with managers and co-workers; communicate progress and address improvement opportunities
Qualifications Ability to pick up boxes and other heavy objects (>25 pounds)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service focus
Other information The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed applicable minimum wage requirements.
Eligibility for additional compensation in certain circumstances (premium pay, schedule, season, or specific tasks) may apply.
