Move inventory in the backroom, unload trucks, fulfill club pick-up orders or help members while stocking shelves (fast-paced, can be physically demanding) Unloading trucks (seasonal variation) Stock and organize merchandise on shelves and in the backroom Assist members with locating merchandise and answer questions Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area Ensure club pick up orders are filled and staged according to company policy What you’ll do
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assisting with self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues; promoting products and services Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps; following forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials per procedures; reporting unsafe situations Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning areas; stocking and organizing merchandise; setting up displays; removing damaged goods; pricing merchandise; identifying shrink and damages; securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise Monitors product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation; ensures prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise Complies with policies and ethics; utilizing Open Door Policy in business processes Completes work assignments by coordinating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; prioritizing tasks and communicating progress Supports club pick up orders throughout the day, ensuring products are selected and staged per policy Benefits
