Harbinger Marketing is an in-house marketing out-sourced partner. We serve our clients as their outsourced marketing department. Our team includes designers, developers, copywriters, social media experts, videography, photography, branding, and brand messaging professionals. We leverage digital marketing tools (search engine marketing, online advertising, review generation, listing management, social media) and traditional advertising (direct mail, local publications, radio). From designing and printing business cards and other materials to managing branded apparel production and negotiating advertising placements, our team has done it all. We are a full-scale, full-scope marketing department outsourced for our clients. Clients essentially purchase a dedicated portion of our team’s skills, resources, and capacity as a one-stop marketing solutions product for their business. Harbinger Marketing is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Coordinator. The Role

The Digital Marketing Coordinator (DMC) is the direct point of contact for Marketing Directors regarding all things digital for their partners. This role blends strategy, execution, and collaboration — driving results across advertising, SEO, analytics, and technical setup. As a DMC, you’ll manage the full digital marketing ecosystem for assigned partners, ensuring campaigns are strategic, cohesive, and performance-driven. You’ll collaborate with internal departments, coordinate with specialists, and take ownership of reporting, optimization, and partner communication — with ongoing training and mentorship support. This isn’t a “stay in your lane” position. It’s an opportunity to grow, lead, and make an impact — for our partners, our team, and your own career path. The Person

Team-Oriented & Collaborative: You thrive in a team setting and value partnership with internal departments and external partners. Analytical & Data-Driven: You turn performance data into meaningful insights that inform strategy and decision-making. Curious & Growth-M minded: You’re always learning — testing new strategies, exploring trends, and seeking better ways to drive results. Organized & Reliable: You manage multiple projects effectively, communicate clearly, and follow through on commitments. Creative Problem Solver: You don’t just spot problems — you bring forward solutions that improve systems and outcomes. Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO tools. Familiarity with platforms like SEMrush, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Birdeye, and WordPress. Experience in local SEO, GMB management, or conversion rate optimization. Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and oversee digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations to MDs and Ad Specialists. Ensure campaigns align with partner goals, follow best practices, and comply with platform regulations. Collaborate with design, content, and web teams to ensure campaign integration and consistency. Research market trends and present data-backed insights to improve campaign outcomes. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Audit and analyze performance across all digital platforms, identify opportunities for optimization. Create detailed reports summarizing campaign metrics, performance trends, and key insights. Communicate findings proactively to MDs, highlighting results and next-step recommendations. Contribute to renewal and upsell conversations through performance data and audit summaries. SEO Strategy & Management: Partner with the SEO team to ensure delivery of SEO plans according to partner contracts and goals. Oversee keyword targeting, content optimization, and technical site audits. Conduct regular performance reviews and collaborate with the web team to address technical SEO issues. Technical Setup & Web Integration: Ensure all Google properties (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console) are properly configured and tracking accurately. Set up API keys (e.g., Google Maps) and assist with CRM integrations for form submissions and call tracking. Validate that conversion tracking functions correctly across websites and ad platforms. Troubleshoot technical issues related to tracking or integrations and coordinate resolutions with internal teams. Partner Onboarding & Coordination: Lead the setup and onboarding of digital platforms once partners share their properties (Google, Birdeye, CTM, etc.). Coordinate with all relevant internal teams to ensure setups are completed by the go-live or website launch date. Create tutorials or walkthroughs to help partners understand and manage their digital platforms. Process & Innovation Contribution: Identify and recommend process improvements for digital marketing workflows and cross-department collaboration. Document key learnings, build internal playbooks, and contribute to ongoing operational refinement. Our Culture
