has an opening for a
Global Sales Training Specialist
at our
Oskaloosa
office. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you!
College degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
2-5 years previous work experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present in front of groups.
Tenacious, able to persevere through challenges and setbacks.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, ability to manage workload.
Technical aptitude, ability to understand and present Musco products and services.
Ability to identify and address individual skill gaps.
Ability to adapt coaching approaches to diverse cultural and market contexts.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in creating training goals and objectives (weekly/monthly/annually).
Track and monitor training progress for new/current team members.
Facilitate skill enhancement simulations for sales and soft skill development.
Foster a positive and motivational environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement
Collaborate with training manager on creations of training benchmarks and reviews for knowledge retention.
Assist in implementing productive daily habits for sales trainees
Assist in customizing training programs for special applications.
Utilize real-life scenarios to enhance practical application of skills.
Create customized learning plans to address specific skill deficiencies.
Coordinate housing and travel for visiting team members
Assist in coordinating outside training opportunities for team members. (Installations/ Facility Visits/ Light Levels)
Other Special Requirements
Occasional travel may be needed
Occasional overtime and weekend hours may be needed
