Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; guiding and supporting members regarding self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services. Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety checks; following forklift procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials per guidelines; and reporting unsafe situations to management. Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning the area; stocking and organizing merchandise; setting up displays; removing damaged goods; pricing merchandise; identifying shrink and damages; and securing fragile and high-shrink items. Monitors product quality by ensuring proper rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards; and promoting promotional and seasonal merchandise. Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; using related action plans and Open Door Policy in business processes. Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; prioritizing deadlines; communicating progress; and learning from feedback. Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging in accordance with policy.
