About the Role
The organization is actively seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Human Resources to lead its people strategy during an exciting growth phase. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, people-focused leader responsible for comprehensive HR functions, including talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning. You will have the opportunity to align people systems with the organization’s mission and culture while fostering an equity-informed environment that supports sustainable performance.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of HR experience, including at least five years in executive roles, and a Bachelor’s degree (an advanced degree is preferred). Proven expertise in organizational design, systems thinking, and equity-informed leadership is essential. We are looking for a leader who can create and scale effective learning systems, develop robust talent strategies, and formulate performance management approaches that prioritize respect and inclusivity.
