Assist management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, and training associates on processes and procedures. Provide direction and guidance on member service approaches and techniques to resolve member complaints and issues per company guidelines. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Communicate and support membership by providing information on membership types, programs, and benefits; process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; encourage renewals; participate in sales and marketing events; complete required documentation and marketing recaps. Strive to meet membership goals and promote the value of Sams Club products and services. Provide and ensure member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and guiding members on self-service technology; assist with transactions using registers or self-checkout; ensure club pickup orders are filled. Supervise area by handling claims and returns; organize merchandise and cart availability; manage shrink and damages; support member assistance with transporting items; follow policies for parking lot cleanliness. Complete accounting records, file transactions, and maintain documentation; assist with cash handling, deposits, and financial reporting; maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information. Develop and implement processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; monitor progress and identify improvement opportunities. Demonstrate and promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity; support Open Door Policy and assist management with ethical and compliance issue resolution. Lead and participate in teams by coordinating work, providing feedback, and supporting timelines and quality; model adaptability to change. Respect and Integrity

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
