Overview Title : Commercial Lease Administrator
Schedule : Onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary : $65,000–$70,000 (based on experience)
Bonus : Annual bonus + discretionary bonus

What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare, review, and maintain lease agreements, amendments, and related documentation.
Ensure all lease documents comply with company policies and legal standards.
Maintain a detailed lease database, tracking renewals, expirations, and other key provisions.
Generate lease reports highlighting expirations, renewals, and vacancies.
Collect tenant sales data and insurance certificates to ensure compliance.
Track rent payments, CAM (Common Area Maintenance) charges, and other financial obligations.
Assist with rent rolls, billing statements, and annual reconciliations for CAM, taxes, and insurance.
Partner with leasing and accounting teams to manage collections and resolve delinquencies.
Oversee reconciliations for CAM, property taxes, insurance premiums, and utilities.
What We’re Looking For
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in commercial lease administration or property management.
Strong knowledge of lease language, financial terms, and real estate operations.
Proficiency in MRI Software (preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
