$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr The merchandising & stocking associate role supports Sam’s Club members by keeping shelves stocked, organized, and ready for members to find what they need. Responsibilities may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves. The role can be physically demanding and may involve unloading trucks, stocking freezers, and other fast-paced tasks. Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding and supporting with self-service technology, helping with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials per policy, and reporting unsafe situations Keep the sales floor and merchandise presentation aligned with policies by zoning, stocking, displaying, pricing, identifying shrink and damages, and securing fragile items Monitor product quality, rotation, date codes, recalls, and sanitation; ensure prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise Adhere to company policies and ethics, support Open Door Policy, and apply policies in business processes Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and coworkers, communicating progress, and adapting to change Ensure club pick-up orders are filled and staged according to policy Benefits

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual rate will align with minimum wage requirements for the location.
