Be among the first 25 applicants. Regions is seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate and coach Agile teams, applying Scrum and SAFe practices to remove impediments and support continuous improvement. Responsibilities

Focus the Agile team on delivering planned value Ensure teams achieve objectives by reinforcing SAFe framework and Scrum principles; facilitate standard ceremonies Guide the team and organization in Agile/Scrum practices and values Encourage self-organization and fill gaps left in Agile/Scrum frameworks Assess Scrum maturity and coach the team toward higher maturity at a sustainable pace Facilitate getting the work done and remove impediments beyond the team’s authority Escalate issues when necessary and coordinate with other teams (DevOps, System Teams, Shared Services, other Scrum Masters) Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency Support and educate the Product Owner, especially regarding maintenance and backlog work Facilitate estimation and forecasting Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Four (4) years of relevant business/development support, user story creation, writing, and estimation Experience with Agile and/or Scrum Experience communicating technical information to a non-technical audience Certifications/Licensures

First Level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) and/or SAFe Practitioner certification Preferences

Four (4) years of Project Management experience preferably in Information Technology Extensive Agile and/or Scrum experience; Second level Scrum Master certification (CSP, PSM II) and/or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification Experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams applying Scrum principles Experience as a Team Leader and in coaching or developing teams Knowledge of other Agile approaches (XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.) Knowledge of Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, CI, CD, Automated Testing, Agile Games Working knowledge of SAFe Skills And Competencies

Strong collaboration, facilitation, and conflict management skills Servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency This position is intended to be onsite.

Associates will have regular work hours, including in-office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule. Regions will not provide relocation assistance. The position must be within a reasonable driving distance to Birmingham, AL; Charlotte, NC; and Atlanta, GA. Position Type

Pay ranges are job specific and vary by experience, skills, location, and performance. Target information is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area where the position is located. Minimum/maximum figures are provided for illustration. Minimum Job Range Target: $99,942.15 USD Median: $126,050.00 USD This job is not incentive eligible.
