Business Development Representative - Inside Sales
BBB Serving the Heart of Texas is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (Inside Sales). This role is non-exempt and reports to the Sales Managers. Location: 99% Remote. Compensation: uncapped commissions, with an annual target range of $45,000 - $100,000+ based on performance.
About the position You will be the voice of BBB — connecting with businesses to share the value of BBB Accreditation. You will make 100+ outbound calls daily using a mix of leads from our database, warm leads, self-sourced prospects, and inbound requests. Your goal is to build trust, communicate value, and close deals with integrity.
Must-Have Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales experience (inside sales preferred)
Track record of sales awards or top-performer recognition
Strong phone presence and persuasive communication skills
Active listening and conversation management skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and tech-savvy (CRM, Microsoft 365)
High integrity and a strong work ethic
Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus
Clean criminal background
