In this influential role, you will oversee global financial planning and analysis, serving as a strategic advisor to align financial strategy with business execution. You will play a critical role in ensuring effective financial management, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and delivering essential insights to executive management and the Board of Directors. The SVP will lead initiatives in long-range financial planning, scenario modeling, and enterprise risk management. Additionally, you will provide financial guidance to commercial operations, particularly in forecasting, pricing strategies, and ROI analysis. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and possess at least 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, particularly in publicly traded biopharma companies. This role requires a proven track record in finance management within a high-growth, regulated industry, alongside experience in commercial launches, global expansions, and scaling manufacturing processes.
