The successful candidate will be a key member of the finance leadership, overseeing global financial planning and analysis, and acting as a strategic advisor to integrate financial strategy with business execution. This role is pivotal in ensuring robust financial management, driving forecasting accuracy, and providing critical insights to executive management and the Board of Directors. The SVP will be responsible for long-range financial planning, scenario modeling, and enterprise risk management, as well as supporting commercial operations with financial guidance on forecasting, pricing strategy, and ROI analysis. Candidates for this role must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, particularly in publicly traded biopharma companies. The role requires a proven track record in managing financial planning in a high-growth, regulated industry, and experience in commercial launches, global expansion, and manufacturing scale-up. The SVP will also lead the FP&A function, optimize finance systems, and act as a business partner in evaluating financial aspects of development opportunities.
