In this pivotal role, you will shape and execute the strategic roadmap for engineering quality, reliability, and internal tooling. You will oversee quality engineering, technical operations, developer experience, and tools that assist our customer service team. We are looking for a leader who embodies a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your mission will be to enhance how our products are built, tested, and deployed. The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of engineering leadership experience, including a proven track record in managing quality and test engineering teams. You should have a strong technical foundation, expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and maintain a customer-first mindset.
