This role is critical in driving innovation and delivering exceptional technology solutions for our omnichannel retail experiences. You will craft and implement cutting-edge software engineering strategies, mentor high-performing teams, and establish robust engineering standards to ensure secure and scalable solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in steering enterprise architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and promoting best practices in continuous delivery and DevOps. This position requires a minimum of 15 years of progressive software engineering experience, with at least 7 years in executive leadership. A strong background in enterprise architecture and modern retail technology is essential. As a candidate, you should demonstrate exceptional partnership skills with senior business leaders, outstanding leadership abilities, and a commitment to driving technology strategies that achieve tangible customer and business outcomes.
