Brick and Groundworks Tutor and Assessor You might be an experienced bricklayer, groundworker, or site supervisor working within the construction industry, now ready to share your expertise with the next generation. Perhaps you’re already supporting apprentices or mentoring new starters on‑site and want to take that passion for developing others into a teaching role.

At Bishop Burton College, we’re looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic professional to join our Apprenticeships team as a Brick and Groundworks Tutor and Assessor. You’ll use your hands‑on experience to deliver engaging, practical training for apprentices on our Level 2 and Level 3 construction programmes, guiding them to master their trade and achieve their full potential.

In return, you’ll join a supportive and forward‑thinking college community with excellent opportunities for professional development and a generous 50 days paid leave (including bank holidays and concessionary days).

If you’re ready to move from the building site to shaping skilled futures, we’d love to hear from you.
