Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
About The Role
Manage a select portfolio of high‑end Commercial Lines clients with white‑glove service.
Streamline workflows and procedures to boost efficiency and accuracy.
Partner with the Director of Commercial Lines on day‑to‑day operations.
Identify growth opportunities: cross‑sell, coverage expansion, retention plays.
Drive departmental goals and performance metrics; track progress monthly.
Enhance the client experience with proactive reviews and timely follow‑through.
Build/maintain strong relationships with carriers and underwriting partners.
Foster a positive, productive team environment, mentor peers where needed.
Train teammates on the agency management system and carrier portals (Applied EPIC preferred).
Participate in annual evaluations and support hiring/training of new team members.
Pitch in on other responsibilities as needed.
What You Bring
5+ years in Commercial Lines insurance.
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
Applied EPIC proficiency (strongly preferred).
Self‑starter with accountability, follow‑through, and detail orientation.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Collaborative mindset with excellent problem‑solving and client‑service instincts.
Solid Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Compensation
Base salary: $50,000-$70,000.
