The Retail Visual Lead is responsible for bringing the Mejuri brand to life in retail locations. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will implement and maintain Mejuri’s Visual Merchandising Standards while balancing sales and customer service. From campaign rollouts to assortment refreshes, you will coach and grow the store team and ensure strong visual storytelling to inspire customers. You will oversee visual merchandising in your location, create compelling product displays, and apply data-driven insights to actionable initiatives. You will also support store operations and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Department to align programs with local clientele needs. Visual Merchandising

Maintain visual standards in Mejuri retail to create the best client experience. Oversee implementation and maintenance of all retail campaign signage and windows in your location. Track sales performance and analyze store revenue to provide feedback and propose strategies to the Visual Merchandising Department. Implement merchandise displays according to company standards, directives, and planograms. Partner with Store Management and Operations to analyze KPIs and monitor assortment performance to improve sell-through. Ensure new product drops are displayed weekly and in a timely manner. Implement major floor moves and assortment updates quarterly. Coach and inform all store team members on Visual Merchandising updates. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Department to tailor programs for local clientele. Maintain integrity of display tools and report damaged or missing inventory. Submit premise reports and implement feedback in a reasonable timeframe. Support New Store Openings and Marketing Events across Mejuri’s retail network as needed. Sales

Interact with customers and drive sales through outstanding clienteling. Own sales results with focus on KPI targets (Shrink, Average Order Value, Conversion, revenue). Listen to customers to recommend the best items and build relationships aligned with Mejuri Brand Values. Provide a memorable and customized customer service experience. Operations

Identify opportunities to improve daily store operations and communicate with HQ as appropriate. Minimize shrink using loss-prevention techniques. Support all transaction types within our OMNI business, ensuring excellent interactions. Participate in monthly inventory counts and validation. What You'll Bring to the Team

2+ years of retail leadership and/or visual merchandising experience. Availability to work Mondays, weekends, and outside of standard hours as needed (including some holidays). Experience with clienteling and building strong customer relationships. Innovative thinker with a passion for styling and personal customer service. Attention to customer feedback and trends; willingness to share insights with management. Strong attention to detail, highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented.
