Our client is a Full-Stack IT Solutions and Services provider expanding its Sales Organization due to mergers, acquisitions, and strong organic growth. Offerings cover IT Consulting, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, CRM, and 24/7 Support & Service desk. Privately held and headquartered in the Central U.S., with approximately 365 Employees and a team of 15 sellers across AR, OK, and TX. Role Summary
We are hiring 4 Sales Representatives: 2 Account Executives and 2 Channel Reps in the Central US (Chicago to Dallas). 2 Account Executives:
based in Tulsa or North Arkansas or Dallas, TX. 2 Channel Reps:
focused on HubSpot and Salesforce Partnerships (Central US – Chicago to Dallas). Responsibilities
These roles work with Clients and Partners around Salesforce and HubSpot Services—including implementation, optimization, and ongoing support. Selling is consultative and technical, focused on platform migrations, integrations, and upgrades, as well as co-selling and managing referral or ISV relationships within those partner ecosystems. Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have
3–10 years
of selling experience in the IT outsourcing and/or channel space, with a background in relationship-driven, solution-oriented sales. Experience with IT outsourcing firms or large services providers is preferred. Key Details
Quota:
approximately $100K MRR with a 6-month average sales cycle Typical client size:
100–1,000 employees Average deal size:
approximately $35K per month Core verticals:
Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Private Equity Buyer profiles:
IT Leaders, CFOs, CROs, CMOs, and VPs of Marketing Approximately 50% of deals replace an existing MSP; the other 50% are clients handling IT internally Territory & Travel
Territory-based, relationship-focused roles emphasizing long-term trust and client loyalty. Expect a mix of business development, partner enablement, and strategic account growth.
Travel:
30% Locations
2 Account Executives:
Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Little Rock, AK; Tulsa, OK (must live in territory). 2 Channel Reps:
