Role Description This is a full-time, on-site/hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) located in Plano, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex) that is ideal for motivated, disciplined, and coachable professionals seeking to build a career in technology sales, particularly within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
The SDR plays a critical role in bridging Marketing and Sales by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing inside sales activities, and supporting overall sales efforts. Working closely with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure alignment with territory strategies and pipeline goals by leveraging tools such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo for data-driven outreach.
This role involves daily communication and outreach to potential clients, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with the business development team to achieve sales targets. The role requires maintaining accurate records of sales activities and a thorough understanding of the company's solutions and services to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Research and segment target accounts; enrich contact data using ZoomInfo
Manage outreach sequences and track engagement metrics in HubSpot CRM
Collaborate with Account Executives to support territory planning and meeting preparation
Partner with Marketing to execute targeted campaigns and lead-nurture initiatives
Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Maintain accurate CRM records and adhere to SYSUSA’s sales process standards
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Performance Expectations
Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development skills
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in an on-site team/hybrid environment in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Meet or exceed Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) targets
Ensure CRM data is current, complete, and actionable
Engage consistently in training and coaching sessions
Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration and responsiveness
Experience in the technology or consulting services industry is a plus
