Responsibilities Mercy Personal Physicians at Overlea understands that being experts in a broad range of primary care services is important to ensuring patients stay healthy and get the best possible treatment when pains and aches arise. Our team is dedicated to top rated care and our offices are conveniently located at 7602 Belair Road, just off the 32-A exit ramp of the Baltimore Beltway.

Mercy Medical Center, the only midsize hospital in the state of Maryland named a“Best Employer” by Forbes Magazine, is looking for a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join Mercy’s Overlea location. The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant is an independent health care provider who, working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary health care team, is responsible for providing comprehensive care for our patients (family focused). The NP / PA educates patients and/or any available family members in order to promote wellness, prevent health problems, maintain current health, and intervene in illnesses.

Requirements

Must be the graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Minimum 2 years experience required.

Weekend rotation preferred.

License requirements: Current State License

Must be CPR certified

EPIC experience preferred however not required.
