About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience managing Water Infrastructure/Education (K-12 or Higher Education) construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working for a General Contractor, leading projects from planning through completion while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of water/education construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. Oversee field operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Track project costs, prepare progress reports, and manage change orders. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Requirements: 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor. Proven experience managing water treatment plants, utility, or school/education facility projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and project documentation. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience with public works, municipal, or institutional construction projects.
