About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead its next phase of expansion, with a focus on enhancing the brand, and member experience, and ensuring the success of its global community. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy that encompasses brand storytelling, lifecycle engagement, and scalable growth. This role demands a leader who can translate the company's mission into compelling messaging, and who is adept at both attracting new members and nurturing existing relationships. Key responsibilities include leading brand and communications, overseeing member lifecycle marketing, and managing growth initiatives. The VP of Marketing will also be instrumental in the implementation of AI-driven tools to enhance productivity, personalization, and insight generation. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within membership, community, or subscription models. A proven track record in integrated brand and lifecycle marketing, as well as experience in managing agencies for acquisition programs, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content and communications, be comfortable with analytics and budgets, and have a familiarity with AI tools for marketing. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are a must, and experience in B2B SaaS or professional development, as well as an understanding of retention tactics, event marketing, and community storytelling, is preferred.
