Job Description
Location: Durham, NC
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm with 30 minute lunch break
TEMP TO HIRE - 100% ON SITE -
NO REMOTE
Pay: $18-$20/hour depending on experience
Summary:
Perform all Customer Service and sales support related duties including all communication and documentation necessary to comply with customer specifications.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1.) Communicate with buyers and Engineers regarding all Purchase Order and engineering
specifications.
2.) Communicate with personnel to ensure compliance with all customer specifications.
3.) Organize, prepare, and document customer information for estimating, production, shipping, billing purposes.
4.) Issue Quotations, Order Confirmations, Rejected material authorizations, Credit Applications.
5.) Enter orders, track open job status, expedite orders, monitor revision levels and revision changes, track estimation activity.
6.) Maintain customer files including customer drawings, samples, specifications, artwork, and color samples.
7.) Follow up on un-booked quotations
8.) Follow up on customer issues in a timely manner
